Help! My 60cm Trachy's leaves have gone all brown except in the middle. :( I planted it in a pot last November and it was fine until late February. Is it possible that it is damage from frost and will it recover? It has 2 new spears which appear green so do I cut off the brown leaves and grit my teeth and put up with a scalped looking plant? Many thanks.

Hello,

Yes, sounds like frost damage to me. Cut off the damaged foliage, it won't recover. Sounds hopeful though, that you have fresh new leaves developing to replace the damaged foliage.
